Welcome to NoteRise. We built this app as a simple, elegant, and private note-taking tool that works completely offline. This Privacy Policy explains how NoteRise handles your data in compliance with Google Play Developer Policies, GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, and other applicable laws.
NoteRise is designed with privacy in mind and does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information. All content you create stays on your device only.

The optional “Share Note” feature uses Android’s native sharing system. Sharing occurs only when you choose to do so, and NoteRise never accesses or tracks what you share or with whom.
6. Children’s Privacy
NoteRise is suitable for all age groups and complies with the Google Play Families Policy and the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Since the app collects no data, it is safe for children to use for educational or personal purposes.
7. User Rights and Control
You have full control over your data. You can:
- Edit or delete notes directly within the app
- Clear all app data through Android Settings → Apps → NoteRise → Storage → Clear Data
- Uninstall the app to remove all data from your device
Because NoteRise does not store or process your data externally, no additional data requests are necessary.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
Your notes remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app. NoteRise does not automatically delete, transfer, or back up your information.
9. International Data Transfers
NoteRise does not transmit or process data outside your device. Therefore, no international data transfers occur.
